This Monday (8/12) morning, Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan directly monitored Dapur Qurban program's cooking process conducted at one of five-stars hotels, Borobudur Hotel, Central Jakarta.

In this activity, he was accompanied by Borobudur Hotel General Manager, James Costa. Anies admitted to be impressed by cooking standards implemented in Borobudur Hotel since the cooks very concern of food hygiene, taste, and packing.
"It is very clean and neat. From its appearance, we know this food has same quality as five-stars hotel's cuisine," he said as quoted from Jakarta PPID Press Conference.
Cooking process in this hotel is ensured to meet a balanced nutritional meals by processing qurban meat into tasty Rendang dishes complete with vegetables.
"This food will be packaged in containers to ensure its cleanliness and make it easier for people to consume it," he added.
Anies appreciates all the chefs involved in this program since they have worked hard to process qurban meat into a proper meals for residents in urban villages, especially those in needs.
