PD. PAL Jaya plans to operate Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Department's communal wastewater treatment plant (IPAL) when the construction is completed.
We are still waiting for operational handover from SDA Department
Regarding communal IPAL's management and maintenance handover, PD. PAL Jaya Director, Subekti explained that he has coordinated with SDA Department about this case.
"We are still waiting for operational handover from SDA Department. After obtaining permission, we will immediately take care its operational and maintenance. Later on, we will also ask for subsidy regarding its operational cost thus it could ease the locals," he stated, Friday (6/28).
PD. PAL Jaya Business Development Manager, Aris Supriyanto added, SDA Department's communal IPAL can accommodate up to 50-100 houses.
Acting SDA Department Head, Dudi Gardesi stated, this year his side is targeting to build 10 communal IPALs. 3 of 10 communal IPALs have been built in Malaka Sari, East Jakarta; Cimanggis, East Jakarta; and Semper, North Jakarta.
"Budg
et to build 10 IPAL locations is more than Rp 27 billion. We hope construction can be finished this year," he asserted.
