We monitor the price every day since May 6

Jakarta KPKP Department's Food Safety Department Head, Mujiati conveyed, her side has monitored 40 traditional markets in five Jakarta regions until today.

"We monitor the price every day since May 6. Thus we could know when the price is rising and we can take quick action to solve it," she mentioned, Monday (5/13).

Food price monitoring is focus on staple commodities such as rice, onion, chili, chicken, meat, egg, sugar, cooking oil, and flour. Later, the result of this monitoring will be used as reference for Jakarta Inflation Controlling Team (TPID).
