Sigi Regent Mohamad Irwan, appreciated the Jakarta Provincial Government which sent the Psychosocial team to the region affected by the earthquake and liquefaction some time ago.
"Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, thank you for the help to fix our social and economic conditions," expressed Irwan when he welcomed a representative of Psychosocial Team at Sigi Regent Office, Central Sulawesi, Monday (4/22).
Based on coordination results, team will execute activities, which directly touch and have a positive impact on the affected people.
"The highly preferred program is economic recovery. Surely efforts programmed by the psychosocial team is in line with our wishes," he told.
He added that establishment and training of local community-based and psychological first aid (PFA) cadres and disaster safe school program could bring a positive influence on survivors of liquefaction, especially psychological aspects.
"Sigi people's trauma must slowly be healed, including in the implementation of learning and teaching activities," he expressed.
His party i s ready to facilitate citizens who have participated in micro-economic entrepreneurship training in a bid to fix people's economy.
"We have a forum to support them through entrepreneurship," he exclaimed.
Meanwhile, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Division Head, Joko Indro uttered that the team would execute activities in Palu City and Sigi Regency.
"Our people are divided into two teams, one team is in Sigi and another one is in Palu," he stated.
