Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department is committed to facilitate Jakartans, especially micro and small business (UMK), in issuing permit.

Jakarta PMPTSP Department Head, Benny Agus Chandra stated, his side always informs UMKs about its innovative services and policies for easier permit issuance. For example, PMPTSP's door-to-door service which is provided for residents and UMKs thus permit issuance can be done faster and easier even without going to PTSP offices.
"We always support economic growth in Jakarta by creating a conducive business climate and providing an environment that can encourage UMK's empowerment systematically, independently, and sustainably through policies for ease of business licensing," he explained, Monday (3/25).
PMPTSP Department's Communication and Information Section Head, Rinaldo mentioned, his side also intensifies permit socialization to the residents and UMKs.
"There are many new UMKs in Jakarta. We want to educate them the importance of having business permit and how to obtain it in easy and legal ways," he expressed.
Moreover, PTSP also provides Goes to Mall service which allowed UMKs to consult with PTSP employees and apply for business permit.
"After knowing this service is given for free, many people visit our booth to consult and apply for Small Micro Business Permit (IUMK)," he mentioned.
Besides Goes to Mall service, residents can also request for consultation and assistance by contacting PTSP Tanya call center in 1500164.
"We provide an end-to-end service via call center where applicants can communicate with our personnel through voice call, video call, and live chat," he stated.
