Dozens of citizens living in RT 12/08, Srengseng Sawah Urban Village, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta are taking the initiative to repaint the sheetpile of the Cabang Tengah connecting channel, Jalan Mohammad Kahfi II.

"This action is a form of appreciation to the Executing Unit of Jagakarsa Water Resources which works quickly to repair the sheet pile," expressed RT 12/08 Chairman, Untung Jaya.

Besides painted, plant pots are also put on the side of the sheet pile. The sheetpile itself has 50 meters length with 2 meters height.

Srengseng Sawah Urban Village Head, Tubagus Masruri admitted that he is proud of the creativity of his citizens.

"I hope that a clean environment can always be maintained," he said.
