To provide the ease service in processing a variety of permits and licenses, the state civil apparatuses (ASN) under Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (PM and PTSP) are encouraged to work and create new innovations.

"We need to use the digital technology development as a solution to give convenience for citizens," disclosed Jakarta PM and PTSP Agency Head, Benny Agus Chandra, Monday (3/11). 

He explained that the rapid progress of digital technologies in various sectors as the growth of Internet users in the country to trigger the emergence of startup companies.

They should respond this matter to have the same frame of mind with business people in industry 4.0.

“Which is why synergy is needed in this industry 4.0, thus they can innovate and cooperate with the entrepreneurs," he explained.

He explained that public service is a basic necessity and the civil rights of every citizen, which must always be met.

"Jakarta should be a superior business city in Asia area," he told.

Thus far the agency already has lots of innovations in bringing and facilitating services to the public.

"In recent years, our innovation gets appreciation from the central government and the private sector," he uttered.
