Community Action Plan (CAP) program that has been launched by Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan on January 14, 2018 gets appreciation from Rujak Center for Urban Studies since this program manages village arrangement in Jakarta.

Not only arranging the villages, but we also want to set its atmosphere in general

Rujak Center for Urban Studies' Architect Team, Amalia Nur Indah Sari considered CAP shows government's partisanship to the citizens through a direct implementation.

"Citizens, communities, and non-governmental organizations, including us, are involved in this program. Not only arranging the villages, but we also want to set its atmosphere in general," she conveyed, Monday (2/11).

According to her, CAP could be a reference in arranging villages for city's development. Thus it needs the right plan and better innovations.

"There are several locations that need special way to arrange it, such as cultural heritage area in Kampung Akuarium," she mentioned.

For information, CAP's purpose is to improve quality of villages in Jakarta. Those villages are Kampung Lodan, Kampung Kerapu, Kampung Tongkol, Kampung Muka, Kampung Akuarium, Kampung Marlina, Kampung Kunir, Kampung Nelayan Kerang Ijo, Kampung Gedung Pompa, Kampung Elektro, Kampung Rawa Barat, Kampung Rawa Timur, Kampung Tembok Bolong, Kampung Kali Apuran, Kampung Blok Empang, and Kampung Prumpung.
