Until January 25, 2019, Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Department has issued 35,554 permits and non-permits which are proposed by 48,585 JakEVO active user accounts.

Jakarta PMPTSP Department's Information Technology System and Archive Center (PSTIK) Head, Erwin stated, permits that have been issued are mostly related to business activity such as SIUP and TDP with total 34,511 permits and non-permits, including building permits (IMB) for Class C and D as many as 817 permits.
"Until now, total JakEVO active user account has reached 48,585 and we have issued 35,554 permits and non permits," he informed, Monday (1/28).
JakEVO application makes it simple and easy for anyone who want to apply for permits. Besides, his side always listen to all customer's feedback towards JakEVO application.
"JakEVO is equipped with Big Data Analytic that learns user activity's pattern, processes it, then gives a recommendation to facilitate the user," he explained.
Warehouse Businessman in Kalideres, West Jakarta named Yanti, shows her appreciation to JakEVO for the convenience in taking care warehouse building permit (IMB).
"We can process it by ourselves within 66 minutes. It is quick and very easy," she expressed.
JakEVO is a website and mobile based application launched since May 2018 which is used to simplify permits and non-permits issuance. This application is equipped with user-friendly features that divide permit proposing process into three steps: uploading documents, tagging location and disclaimer, and issuing the permit. JakEVO application can be accessed through smartphone or website jakevo.jakarta.go.id.
