Jakarta Council (DPRD) gives its approval to Education Dept.'s proposal regarding additional budget to provide educational teaching props (APE) for Early Childhood Educations (PAUD)s.

Jakarta Council Commission E Secretary, Veri Yonnevil mentioned, Education Dept. proposed Rp 10 billion regarding APE for PAUD in KUA-PPAS 2019. But then, it is agreed to add the budget into Rp 26 billion.

"We have agreed to raise the budget into Rp 26 billion. We hope it can help to stimulate motor development in early childhood," he said, Monday (12/3).

According to him, Rp 26 billion budget for APE can fulfill education props need in around 2,000 PAUDs in Jakarta.

"Around 2,000 PAUDs in Jakarta will get those props. We hope children in early age can be more intelligent," he expressed.
