A water channel starts being developed on Jalan Ciledug Raya, on the south and north sides of Pesanggrahan area, South Jakarta.
This is one way to prevent inundation and flooding in the vicinity of Sangrila Housing, toll gate entrance area in the city and its surrounding areas
South Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept.'s Development Section Head, Didi Sugandhi stated that the total length of this new channel reaches 818 meters. In the details, the south side is 386.5 meters length and north side is 431.5 meters length.
"This is one way to prevent inundation and flooding in the vicinity of Sangrila Housing, toll gate entrance area in the city and its surrounding areas." he expressed, Thursday (11/1).
The work that involves third party uses e-catalog auction amounting to Rp 2,668,794,000. It is started from the bend of the toll road on the eastern side of the city to the Swadarma connecting channel.
Then for the dimensions of the channel are including U-Ditch in the size of 100x100 centimeters and culvert box in the size of 100x100 centimeters.
"It is targeted to be completed on December 13," he stated.
