" We'll give strict sanctions to violators who do not heed the rules after being given a warning through policing"
It was done to enforce the bylaw number 9/2014 on billboard, bylaw number 12/2011 on advertisement tax, and gubernatorial regulation number 148/2017 on instructions for implementing advertisements.
The controlling was attended by City Secretary Government Assistant, Artal Reswan W Soewardjo; Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Yani Wahyu Purwoko, and Jakarta Kominfotik Dept. Head, Atika Nur Rahmania.
On that occasion, Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan took his time to review location at 8 PM.
Previously at the ceremony this morning, he asserted that billboard controlling at Jalan HR Rasuna Said was a form of seriousness of the provincial government in enforcing the rule of law.
"We'll give strict sanctions to violators who do not heed the rules after being given a warning through policing," he stressed.
