City Response Team Continues to Send Logistic Aid to Palu

" At this time we can rest in the refugee camp"

Victims of the earthquake and tsunami in Central Sulawesi, especially in Birobuli Utara Urban Village, South Palu Sub-district, felt very grateful for the aid of Jakarta Provincial Government through the city response team.

As felt by one of victims, Rosma (57) expressed that they are very helpful to residents who really need various emergency needs after the earthquake and tsunami.

"At this time we can rest in the refugee camp," he she expressed, Thursday (10/4).

Similar statement also comes out from another victim, Sunandar (54), he thanked for the aid that has been given.

"Thank you for the aid, including for drinking water needs. This is very useful for us, as we really need it," told Sunandar, a citizen of Kalise Mantikulore Urban Village, Palu Timur Sub-district.

In the meantime, City Response Team Commander for Palu and Donggala, Salman Ansori uttered that his team is divided into two groups.

The group one, consisting of BPBD, Satpol PP and Social Dept. personnel is tasked with setting up a public kitchen and a temporary shelter for victims in Birobuli Utara Urban Village, Palu Selatan District.

The group two that is consisting of Fire and Rescue Dept. is deployed to evacuate the victims along with Makassar Fire and Rescue team.

"All have a role, I ask all to give the best for the victims here," he told.

As for the information, the team also distributes aid in form of tarpaulin, blankets, clothes, and so forth.
