Central Jakarta Administration has extended the permit for traders in 50 coaching locations (lokbin) spread over several points. Thus they can still occupy the lokbin.

"Two have done permit extension, namely JP 37 Poncol and JP 27 Pasar Baru. And 48 others have done it first," expressed Bangun Richard, Head of Central Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept., Thursday (9/8).

According to him, Central Jakarta totally has 50 out of 56 lokbin that previously existed. While JP 11 Lapngan Benteng, JP 12 Gerbang Pemuda, JP 20, and JP 22 were already deleted last year.

"It is done because the land will be used for park arrangement, road, sidewalk revitalization, and drainage," he stated.
