Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Dept. is optimistic to absorb 90 percent from APBD 2018.
" Our target is to realize 90 percent by the end of this year"
"Our target is to realize 90 percent by the end of this year," affirmed Teguh Hendrawan, Head of Jakarta SDA Dept., Wednesday (8/8).
He explained, currently his side has absorbed 19.97 percent or Rp 908.3 billion from total APBD 2018 Rp 4.54 trillion. One of the reasons of low budget absorption is his department's running program related to flood control which is paid per stage period.
But, his side ensures to pay several projects that shortly will be completed between 25-75 percent.
"After that payment, our budget absorption then can be seen," he conveyed.
He also ensures all strategic projects this year have been running. Such as retaining wall construction on NCICD project in Kamal Muara and Blencong River that spends Rp 145 billion.
Next is constructions for Jagakarsa Reservoir, Pekayon Reservoir, Koja Reservoir, and Cimanggis Reservoir as much as Rp 75 billion.
"Including heavy equipment procurement that has been running as much as Rp 182 billion. Some have been paid and some have shipped the goods," he added.

"I am sure budget can be absorbed well. We understand that we need to realize our planning," he said.
