Of the 10 RPTRAs targeted this year, there have been three locations already have the land.
South Jakarta Mayor, Tri Kurniadi said his party tries to realize RPTRA project in 10 locations this year. One of them is by sending a letter to the Forestry Dept. to use the existing land.
Initially, his party would use the land owned by Forestry Dept. in South Jakarta. But until now it is not yet realized.
South Jakarta Public Housing and Settlement Sub-dept. Head, Yaya Mulyarso added, three locations that will have RPTRA this year are Grogol Utara Urban Village, Lebak Bulus Urban Village and Cipedak Urban Village.
"Actually we've got six locations. We also have done a survey. But now we only have three," he said.
