West Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue (Gulkarmat) Sub-dept has extinguished fire that burned six houses in Ciliwung Riverbank, Tangki Urban Village, Taman Sari, on Wednesday (2/7) afternoon.

West Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept.'s Operational Head, Rompis Romlih said, 6 fire trucks were deployed to handle fire which is caused by short circuit from a house in the area.

"There is no casualties. Fire was finally extinguished completely in one hour," he informed.

Tangki Urban Village Head, Ibnu Sofa explained, fire burned six houses at RT 11/RW 07.

"Alhamdulillah, there is no casualties in this accident. Tangki and Pinangsia Urban Village PPSU personnel also helped to evacuate resident's belongings," he mentioned.
