Central Jakarta Environment (LH) Sub-dept. holds the trash littering act (OTT) operation and has caught four people who littering in car free day (HBKB), Central Jakarta, on Sunday (10/29).

Tanah Abang Unit Operation Head, Zulkarnain said those people were caught in littering with the evidence.

"Personnel in patrol saw them throwing coffee package on the ground and immediately bring them to the post," he said.

He informed, violators of OTT operation will get administrativ e sanction.
