Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat has inaugurated a fire station on Jalan Seno Raya, Pejaten Timur Urban Village, Pasar Minggu Sub-district, South Jakarta. The fire station is set up in South Jakarta State Intelligence Agency (BIN) Office.

"The BIN Office is a vital object whose existence must always be maintained, including from fire accident," he expressed, after inauguration, Friday (9/22).

The fire station is the 108th station. It is very important for minimizing and tackling fire in the capital. Considering from January-August, 496 fire cases have been occurred in the city.

Regarding on the matter, BIN Vice Head, Let. Gen. Teddy Lhaksmana expressed he is very grateful to Jakarta Provincial Government which has accommodated BIN request about fire station.

"So, if there is fire incident, we can control it quickly," he closed.
