Seribu Islands Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-dept. has issued 3,680 Children Identity Cards (KIA)s for toddlers and early aged children in Kepulauan Seribu Utara Urban Village.

"Kelapa Island issued 2,388 KIAs which is the most. Then followed by 801 KIAs in Panggang Island, and 491 KIAs in Harapan Island," said Rosnany, Head of Seribu Islands Dukcapil Sub-dept., Wednesday (7/19).
She explained, there are 2 categories in making KIA; 0-5 age category without photo and 5-17 age category with photo.
"To fulfill population administration rules, toddlers and children must have KIA," she closed.
