Six tax objects in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta were installed with signpost and delinquent taxes sticker. This is because they have not yet to pay off the Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB P2) more than one year with the amount of arrears by Rp 4 billion.
Initially, there were seven taxpayers that will be controlled. But one taxpayer has good faith to pay off
Head of Administrative Sub-section for Kebayoran Baru Sub-district Tax Service (UPPD), Saiful Anwar disclosed, six tax objects that installed signpost consist of agency and individual. It is spread in Kampung Sawah Rambai Bawah, Jl Gunawarman 40 & 41, Jl Lauser 38, Jl BRI and Jl RS Fatmawati.
"Initially, there were seven taxpayers that will be controlled. But one taxpayer has good faith to pay off," he stated, Wednesday (10/26).
He expressed, before signpost installation, the arrears have been given notification, reprimand until warning. Because of being ignored, his side also installing stickers and delinquent taxes signpost in each location.
"Procedurally, if they not pay, we will give a forced letter, and then continued with a current collection action," he explained.
Meanwhile, Andit (56), one of tax arrears admitted he was willing to pay off tax that reaches Rp 700 million.
"We'll pay off our arrears," he finished.
