South Jakarta Administration launched waste Bank at SD Tarakanita 2, Jalan Woltermonginsidi, Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru. It is hoped the waste bank launching can be held at other schools also.

“We hope waste bank in this school could be the pioneer for other schools in South Jakarta,” said Irmansyah, South Jakarta Mayor Vice, Wednesday (6/1).

According to him, waste bank in school will able to educate students managing waste since early age.

“We also hope their habit could be socialized to their environment,” he added.
