The city administration along with Narcotic National Agency (BNN) and Provincial National Narcotics Agency (BNNP) held a sudden inspection to nightclubs in West Jakarta, Thursday (2/25).

In future, the same raid will be intensified to other nightclubs all over Jakarta.

Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat admitted that had a plan to conduct sidak towards nightclub. But it can be realized on Thursday (2/25).

"Actually, I already had a plan to do sidak towards nightclub before. I challenge the BNN to crack down on nightclub. I told them to do it in regions that we have not yet touched," he stated, at City Hall, Thursday (2/25).

Such effort, he continued, can suppress the high circulation of drugs in nightclub. Hence, in the near future, similar activities will be conducted in the near future.

"We will continue to conduct sidak. I ask the BNN and the apparatus must be compact, cut the distribution network and close down its factory," he finished.
