South Jakarta Administration is targeting the revenue of 2016 Urban and Rural Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) worth Rp 2,304,854,000,000.

Mayor of South Jakarta, Tri Kurniadi said, revenue target consists of basic tax as much as Rp 2,211,260,000,000 and Rp 93,594,000,000 from tax arrears.
He also stated, for civil servant who has not been delivered tax object notification letters (SPPT) for PBB-P2 obligated to complete it before deadline, which falls on August 28, 2016.
"For Jakarta civil servants, I urge to immediately go to the DKI Bank when receiving SPPT, or cut from Regional Performance Allowance (TKD)," he stated, in Pattern Room of South Jakarta Mayor, Thursday (2/11).
He also asserted, the city administration has drafted a property tax exemption for houses with an area less than 100 square meters, low-cost apartment and flat with tax value of the properties (NJOP) up to Rp 1 billion.
