Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, instructed the East Jakarta Mayor to dismiss the Malaka Sari Urban Village Head, Eric Dasya Refanda.

This decision was made following the revelation of a case involving the borrowing of money by the Malaka Sari Urban Village Head from the Public Facilitie Maintenance Agency (PPSU) member, amounting to Rp17 million.

Pramono explained that the instruction was conveyed directly after the East Jakarta Mayor reported the incident to him.

"Yes, there is a urban village head who owes a PPSU member up to Rp 17 million. When the Mayor informed me, my clear instruction was that he must be dismissed," he asserted, at Jakarta City Hall, Monday (6/30).

He added, this case is a poor example and provides poor education for his subordinates and organization under the Jakarta City Hall environment.

"The actor has been dismissed," he asserted.
