Jakarta DPRD Chair, Khoirudin, congratulated Teguh Setyabudi on his inauguration as Jakarta Acting Governor, replacing Heru Budi Hartono.

He is ready to synergize with the new Acting Governor for the progress and good of the city of Jakarta.

"I've met and made a relationship with him to synergize in the future for the good of Jakarta," he stated, after the inauguration of Jakarta Acting Governor at Home Ministry (Kemendagri) Building, Central Jakarta, Friday (10/18).

He hoped that he could continue to handle traffic jams and flooding problems and realize free elementary to high school education for Jakarta residents.

"Eight of the nine factions in the Jakarta DPRD gave him support to become Acting Governor. Insya Allah (God willing), this support will provide strong provisions to carry out future tasks. I'm also sure that the council is ready to synergize," he added.

Then legislators in Kebon Sirih also had high hopes for him to be able to oversee the simultaneous Regional Head Election (Pilkada) democratic party process well.

"Be neutral and serve all candidates in the Jakarta Pilkada well so that the results become a historical record for the Jakarta provincial government," he closed.
