Some 10 personnel of PPSU deployed by the Susukan Urban Village, Cicaras, East Jakarta are seen beautifying the area of Jalan Raya Bogor, which is one of the monitoring points for the Adipura assessment, Friday (10/13).

Susukan Urban Village Head, Andri Priwitama Maila said the beautification was done by painting kanstine blocks, arranging the park, and pruning trees.

It was carried out on the west and east sides, as well as in the median of Jalan Raya Bogor, precisely starting in front of Harapan Bunda Hospital to the border with Ciracas Urban Village.

"Besides welcoming Adipura, the kanstine blocks are painted to maintain the beauty and aesthetics of the city. It is also for the safety and comfort of motorists at night, as the road barriers are visible," he concluded.

It was targeted for completion before October 18, 2023, as the date is the Adipura assessment.

"We also plan to paint the bus stops and road guardrails in front of the Pasar Rebo Job Training and Industrial Development Center (PPKPI) building, next week," he closed.
