The Seribu Islands Technical Work Unit (UKT) 2 is continuing the second phase of the Tidung Island Cinta 'Love' Bridge revitalization, South Seribu Islands.

Seribu Islands UKT City Lighting Division Head, Wibi Abdi said the second revitalization has been ongoing since early July 2023 and has touched 480 meters long. Then the first phase was completed in 2022 with 200 meters long.

"The progress so far has touched 30 percent, covering installation of 415 piles, fabrication, gesting and ironing," he said, Monday (7/31).

In early August, the work would enter casting phase. Eventually, the brige would have a Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) dan a water dance.

"It will take six months or complete in the end of this year," he expressed.

He asserted his party will keep monitoring it for optimal results.

"We'll continue to present the latest concepts, thus residents and tourists can enjoy it," he closed.
