"All sub-agencies and sub-district executing unit have been instructed to anticipate the cleanliness of the church environment in their respective areas of duty," he said, when being confirmed, Thursday (12/24).
For the sub-district area, there were 40 officers to handle cleanliness. His agency also had prepared dump trucks, road sweeper cars, mobile toilets, wheeled trash can, and alerted Bantargebang Landfill to operate 24 hours to provide services on Christmas' Eve. Even PPSU was also involved to clean the church environment.
"The Indonesian Church Association (PGI) have urged churches to hold virtual services or to hold it with strict health protocols, such as limiting the number of congregations. To smoothen it, we will give our best services such as providing protective gear," he stated.
