The South Jakarta administration received 5,350 face masks from PT Indomarco Prismata, on Wednesday (4/15), which aims to fulfill demand in the city’s mitigation efforts against COVID-19 pandemic.

South Jakarta Mayor Marullah Matali stated that the need for masks was still much needed by the community, especially medical workers who are fighting at the forefront of combating COVID-19

"Moreover there are still many medical workers who really need more masks," he expressed.

He detailed those 5,350 masks consisted of 4,000 medical masks and 1,350 cloth masks.

"We are happy that the business world also took the opportunity together to face the COVID-19," he stated.
