The Thousand Islands Regency has temporarily closed nine RPTRAs from various activities, starting from March 14-28, which is one of efforts to anticipate COVID-19.
This applies to all RPTRAs in Thousand Islands
During the closure, the officers or managers disinfect the equipments, facilities and infrastructures in the RPTRA environment.
"This is in accordance with the Regent's call for treatment and disinfection in the RPTRA environment," expressed Thousand Islands Empowerment, Child Protection and Population Control Sub-agency Head, Rizki Hamid, Sunday (3/15).
By doing so, all playground and reading room activities inside the park are closed to the public and children.
"This applies to all RPTRAs in Thousand Islands," he stated.
