City Council Asked Jakarta Provincial Government to build Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) specialized in cancer in City.

City Council Commission E Vice Chairman, Ramly H.I. Muhammad said, in Jakarta actually there are hospitals that can handle cancer patients, but those hospitals are owned by central government.

"If possible, Regional Public Hospital specialized in cancer could be built in Jakarta," he said, Thursday (4/13).

He also hoped, in the future all health center (puskesmas) in sub-district can be equipped by cancer detection device. Thus citizen can check the disease indication more easily.

"We want that prevention in sub-districts. Cancer detection device could be equipped in there," he closed.
