Jakarta Taxation and Local Retribution Agency (BPRD) targets Jakarta Fair Kemayoran (JFK) to earn Rp 10 billion from tax revenue.
" We expect tax revenue to increase this year"
Last year, Jakarta BPRD earned Rp 1.4 billion from parking tax, Rp 3.9 billion from entertainment tax, and Rp 1.5 billion from billboard tax.
"Last year, we collected Rp 8 billion in total. We expect tax revenue to increase this year," mentioned Faisal Syafruddin, Jakarta BPRD Head, Friday (5/31).
Tax revenue is mostly obtained from entertainment tax, including Jakarta Fair Kemayoran since it is one of Jakarta's biggest events which also provides the biggest income.
"We also facilitate Jakartans who want to pay the tax by opening booth in DKI Pavilion, Jakarta Fair Kemayoran," he informed.
