Six traditional markets in East Jakarta were raided by 50 joint officers to make sure they are free of harmful ingredients, Thursday (5/9). It was led by Economy and Development in East Jakarta Assistant, Syofian Taher.

Those officers were from East Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency, Health Sub-agency, Cooperatives, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Trade (KUKMP), Satpol PP, Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BPOM), urban village and sub-district.
Livestock and Health Division Head, Irma Budiany stated that those products were examined using four laboratories at the Kramat Jati Market.
"From each market, the officer took 60 samples of livestock, agricultural, marine and processed food products to be examined," he said.
