Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, attended the launching of the Indonesian Conscious Administration Movement (GISA) in Jakarta Province that was initiated by the Home Ministry.
" I ask that all related SKPDs to ensure the integration of population data administration in Jakarta is going well"
Anies disclosed that Jakarta Provincial Government was very supporting the Population GISA. Thus, the concept of "One Map, One Data, and One Policy" in the capital could be realized soon.
"I ask that all related SKPDs to ensure the integration of population data administration in Jakarta is going well," he expressed, at the Jati Rawasari Flat, Jalan Mardani, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Sunday (11/4).
He wanted all residents to be orderly in population administration, starting from the birth certificate and others.
"This must be done thus the government's obligations to citizens can be fulfilled. In addition, the government also knows where to be responsible for the services provided," he stated.
He appreciated all efforts from the Home Ministry, especially in embracing Jakarta to build the one-door system.
"We really appreciate the performance of the Home Ministry's Directorate of Population and Civil Registration that has enabled the city to provide good service," he told.
Director General of the Ministry's Population and Civil Registration Division, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh added that GISA is a national program to realize a single identity number (SIN).
"We'll optimize SIN for all needs, starting from school children, banking, social assistance, licensing, to vehicle taxes, enough with NIK," he described.
He was determined to make the city as a population-based data service pilot project.
"Hopefully residents can participate proactively in the success of various population programs," he said.
