Until September 2018, Jakarta Industry and Energy (PE) Dept. has produced 184 new industry entrepreneurs (WUIB)s.

It consists of 35 WUIBs from Central Jakarta, 31 from North Jakarta, 37 from West Jakarta, 42 from South Jakarta, and 39 from East Jakarta.
Jakarta PE Dept. Secretary, Asep Djatnaka explained, these 184 WUIBs are small medium industry actors (IKM) who have passed P4 (permit) phase and received small micro business permit (IUMK).
"Based on current data, there are 7,040 OK OCE registrants through okoce.me. While 6,720 people are joining training (P2) phase, 38 people are joining mentoring (P3) phase and 184 WUIBs have passed permit (P4) phase by receiving their business permit," he mentioned, Thursday (10/18).
His side has allocated Rp 11.7 billion for WUIBs development budget this year. That budget absorption has realized 63.5 percent or Rp 5.6 billion during January-October 2018 period.
"Rp 8.9 billion is allocated for sub-dept. While in department, there are four activities with total budget Rp 2.8 billion,"
In order to accelerate WUIB development, his side conducts several activities, such as packaging and design training, trademark or IKM product registration to Law and Human Rights Ministry and get creative product assistance.
