Four leading healthy schools in North Jakarta were visited by the provincial health school competition assessment team (LSS) yesterday. Those schools are Budha Tzu Chi Kindergarten in Kamal Muara Urban Village, SDN 03 Kapuk Muara Urban Village, SMPN 173 Rawa Badak Utara Sub-district, and SMKN 4 Rorotan Urban Village.

Jakarta LSS Assessment team Chairperson, Waluyo Hadi stated that his party wanted to directly see the condition of the school environment and conduct interviews with the school people.
He explained that several indicators that would be assessed are no-smoking areas, healthy school canteens, UKS partnerships with related stakeholders, and having a clean and comfortable school environment.
"For that reason, it will be seen whether clean and healthy behavior has become a habit in school, " he expressed, Wednesday (10/10).
Today's visit was conducted simultaneously to four schools. In each school, the committee conducted a separate review to the UKS room, school canteen, bathroom, hall, classroom, etc.
North Jakarta Vice Mayor, Ali Maulana hoped that it could motivate students to be creative, learn more and develop their potential.
"The combination of education and health is able to improve the quality of human resources. Through this school assessment, all are involved and care about the future of the young generation," he said.
