Population operation is held (Binduk) in RW 12, Lubang Buaya Urban Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta from Wednesday (7/11) until today. During the period, it serves 309 people.

East Jakarta Population and Civil Registration (Dukcapil) Sub-dept. Head, Sukma Wijaya said, the location is a densely populated area. Many newcomers rent houses and lodgings on the location.
"Currently, temporary domicile certificates (SKDS) have been issued for 309 people. Most likely, this number will increase since we hold operation until today," he mentioned, Thursday (7/12).
According to him, 140 joint personnel are involved in this operation. They are from Dukcapil Sub-dept., urban village, sub-district, Satpol PP, TNI/Police, RT/RW administrators, LMK, and FKDM.
"This operation is targeting newcomers who don't have moving letter from their original villages. We help them to get SKDS that contains the cardholder's address," he stated.
Meanwhile, East Jakarta Mayor, Muhammad Anwar added, this operation is different from the previous one. Because current binduk is done by using visiting method.
"We serve them administratively. Besides, we can also educate them to be orderly in the population administration," he conveyed.
