City Opens Complaints Service Post Related to New Student Online Enrollment 2018/2019

Jakarta Provincial Government opens complaints service post related to new student online enrollment for school year 2018/2019 at SMK Negeri 1, Jl. Budi Utomo, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta.

" It is prepared to help registrants in solving their administration problem and others"

This complaints service post serves any complaints related to new student online enrollment at elementary (SD) level, junior high school (SMP) level, high school (SMA) level, and vocational school (SMK).

Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan said, this complaints service is used to ensure children in Jakarta are facilitated to get their rights in getting education thus they can school.

"It is prepared to help registrants in solving their administration problem and others," he mentioned after surveying new student online enrollment complaint service post, Monday (5/28).

He wants this service can be socialized more to the public. Thus registrants can contact to the right place when they got a trouble regarding school enrollment.

"So when there is a problem, they can come here. I want this service to be more socialized," he affirmed.

For information, this complaints service is opened from May 28 to June 16, 2018. Its operational hour is 8 AM-4 PM. But, Jakarta Education Dept. will provide extra time for those who still want to complain.
