"Certainly, all must be certified. About target, just ask to BPKAD, they already have it," he told, at City Hall, Friday (22/7).
According to him, certification process will not take a long time. But the initial step, the BPKAD must record all cities’ assets first to avoid misuse action.
"The important is all assets can be recorded first while waiting for certification," he stated.
Based on BPKAD's data, the number of city lands is 5,500 plots. 2,700 out of them were certified and the rest 2,800 other plots are not certified yet.
It is targeted to be certified in three years ahead. Thus far, they are focused on asset recording through e-Aset.
